Reflexology vs Foot Zone Therapy????

History lesson⤵️⤵️⤵️

Working on the hands and feet has been around since the beginning of time.

In the early 1900’s working on the body through the hands and feet made it back to America.

It was then documented, mapped and named Reflexology.

The mapping is of  the general major organs of the body and how they lay out on the feet.

Reflexology

is basically known as working on the bottom of the feet and stimulating the signals to the major parts of the inner body by applying direct  pressure.

It works great, and continues to evolve and give benefits to many.

FOOT ZONE THERAPY is an advanced technique that evolved from reflexology.

The Foot Zone mapping came to America in 1988. It originated in Norway.

The mapping is on the entire foot,

And  lays out the entire body and each organ system.

It maps the body completely, from the hair on your head to your toenails- and every thing in between.

The Foot Zone works the energy of the signals in a specific pattern and movement to match with the actual functions of the body. With Very specific movements, pressure and application.

The Foot Zone focuses specifically on the lymph system and the circulation and how all the systems work together.

The Foot Zone works on the entire body, allowing the body to come back into balance.

When the body is worked on completely, it knows how and what to heal first.

The Foot Zone also works with the emotions and blocked energies of the body, releasing the held in stresses and emotions.

The Foot Zone has extreme details in the mapping and signal treatments.

Just For example:

The original reflexology brain treatment had 3 total movements – working generally on the brain.

Our FOOT ZONE Brain treatment has over 50 different movements on each foot,  just for the functions of the brain 🧠!

And it is still evolving as we are finding more and more treatments.

So in a nutshell 🥜

How do we explain the difference…

There are so many ways

But most of all,

Any foot work is great.

Reflexology feels good and has its place

Foot Zoning, although is a method of reflexology, it is much much more advanced.

Creating a complete balance of the body and is extremely more advanced!

I often compare the two like this.

Reflexology – is like a 1968 VW Bug, even fully restored. It was cool in its day and was fun to drive.

FOOT ZONING – is like a 2020 Mercedes Benz, hand crafted with details!

Both will get you down the road,

But if I am going on a road trip,

I would always choose the

Mercedes.

Those that have had both would always agree,

There is a complete difference in how you feel and how you respond after.

Try reflexology

And then get a Foot Zone,

You will completely understand.

FOOT ZONING is a treatment  that you just have to experience.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][heading text=”The Many Benefits of Foot Zoning” tag=”h2″ align=”center” color=”#3376c4″][vc_column_text]Many people experience relief and support in the following areas. Each person will respond differently, and Foot Zoning is not it self a treatment or cure. It is intended to initiate healing and proved helpful.
